Due to the influence of economic globalization and diversification of demand,ATO supply chain is becoming more and more common,but in the process of operation,there is not only the problem of supply uncertainty caused by the low degree of cooperation of suppliers.There are also problems in the supply chain that cannot be coordinated and produced in good order.The application of Supply-hub two-dimensional collaborative mode has greatly weakened the impact of supply uncertainty and improved the level of supply chain coordination.This paper analyzes the two-dimensional collaborative decision-making problem of Supply-hub-based ATO supply chain under different requirements,and conducts research.The main work is as follows:The two-dimensional collaborative mode based on Supply-hub is analyzed.The supply chain architecture based on Supply-hub is constructed.The two-dimensional collaborative management idea based on Supply-hub is expounded.The two-dimensional collaborative process and mechanism of supply chain based on Supply-hub is analyzed,and the ATO supply chain based on Supply-hub is defined.The basic direction and management strategy of two-dimensional collaborative decision-making in ATO supply chain based on Supply-hub is clarified.The problem of multi-supplier multi-manufacturer production inventory distribution collaborative decision-making under multi-suppliers is studied.Considering a three-level supply chain system consisting of multiple suppliers,Supply-hub and multi-manufacturers,a decentralized decision-making and centralized decision-making supply chain cost model is constructed.Mathematical derivation and adaptive differential genetic algorithm are used to analyze the cost changes and differences between decentralized decision-making and centralized decision-making.The results show that the overall operation cost of the supply chain is reduced under the centralized decision-making mode.The three-level supply chain collaborative decision-making problem based on Supply-hub under demand uncertainty is further studied.Firstly,for the three-level supply chain system of multi-suppliers,Supply-hub,and single-manufacturer,the additional cost of destocking caused by the shortage of certain parts and components of other accessory parts suppliers was introduced,and the construction based on Supply-hub was constructed.The multi-supplier collaborative replenishment operating cost model,combined with examples to analyze the impact of the level of collaborative replenishment services and demand uncertainty on supply chain operating costs.Based on this,the single manufacturer is transformed into a multi-manufacturer,and the operation cost model of multi-supplier multi-vendor collaborative replenishment based on Supply-hub is constructed.The level and demand of collaborative replenishment service are analyzed with examples.The impact of uncertainty on the operating costs of the supply chain.At the same time,through the changes of various parameters,the impact of supply chain operation cost is analyzed.It shows that the change of parameters has a certain impact on the delivery volume and service level,and then has an impact on the overall operation cost of the supply chain.It needs to be adjusted according to its own situation..Two-dimensional collaborative optimization based on Supply-hub can effectively reduce the overall operating cost of the supply chain,weaken the impact of demand uncertainty on the supply chain operation cost,and provide ATO supply based on joint optimization of production inventory distribution.Chain coordination to make the best decision has certain reference significance.
