The Research Of Electronic Products Industry Supply Chain Performance Evaluation Based On The BSC-SCOR Model

With the further promotion of supply chain management concept, a lot of electronic productsenterprises in our country more and more introduce supply chain management mode. Supply chainincluding suppliers, manufacturers, vendors, and other members, the enterprises use supply chainmanagement mode in procurement, production, packaging, distribution and distribution, terminalsales and after-sales service in order to improve the benefit and efficiency of the operation of theenterprises. However, most of the enterprises in the supply chain have a production operation inthe pursuit of self-interest maximization. And they have their own supply chain performanceevaluation system, and lack of the unified response of supply chain performance evaluationsystem. This leads to the independence of the supply chain is stronger than the integrity and theintegrity efficiency did not reach the best results, so it is a worthy of further subject to formulatean appropriate supply chain performance evaluation system, and seek better method of reaction ofglobal and local benefits. And the current electronics industry development faces manybottlenecks, single-handedly is not a good choice to win a place. In this study the electronicsindustry supply chain performance evaluation has certain theoretical significance and practicalsignificance.According to the characteristics of the electronics industry supply chain, a combination of thebalanced scorecard (BSC) and the advantages of the supply chain operation reference model(SCOR), this paper develop the electronics industry supply chain performance evaluation indexsystem from five aspects considering the current status of policy requirements. Then we canachieve the unity of the individual and overall goal and make each manufacturer to establish localdecisions according to the overall goals. After the index system established, we use the analytichierarchy process (AHP) and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to quantitative calculation,and the calculation results can reflect the college problems existing in the supply chain in fiveaspects. At the end of this paper we select A company as an example for the application of theindex system and model and get the relevant conclusions.
