This article takes BCP as research object,analyzes the problems existing in the performance appraisal system of its technical staff,and puts forward the redesign scheme of BCP technical staff performance appraisal system,in order to improving technical staff performance management of this company,mobilize the initiative and innovation of scientific and technical personnel,enhance the company's technical level and economic benefits.In use and on the basis of analyzing the relevant theories,using the method of questionnaire and interviews,through performance appraisal system of BCP company situation and existing problems of the research and analysis,put forward the BCP company technical staff performance appraisal system to design,scientific job analysis,the assessment object and subject setting,the choice of weight.For skilled workers of special characteristics,in the work performance,work attitude,ability to work in three aspects chose different key performance indicators,and these indicators from two aspects of qualitative and quantitative analysis,aims to provide guarantee for the smooth performance appraisal work.Then using analytic hierarchy process(ahp)with different weight calculation method of evaluation index system for the design,at the same time,put forward according to the performance of the prepared after planning to implementation,and evaluation,feedback,the final results using the four links made the implementation process of the new performance appraisal system,the paper finally puts forward the safeguard the company's technical staff performance appraisal work carried out smoothly and orderly safeguard measures and the system.Through the implementation of the new performance appraisal and incentive,from all angles of the organization,departments and employees to build the influence BCP company technical staff performance appraisal index system,and puts forward the relevant performance indicators of evaluation standard,to ensure that the established performance appraisal index system can be applied by a reality,and also effectively improve the fairness of the performance appraisal process and result,scientific.New performance evaluation index system is put forward to improve organizational and individual performance,improve the enterprise performance management level,as well as the realization enterprise strategic target,make the enterprise can progress towards sustainable target continuously development is of vital significance,at the same time it also provides the same type enterprises in the implementation of performance management extremely valuable advice.
