| To survive in a competitive market environment and maintain the competitive advantage in the industry,enterprises should be very careful when choosing competitive strategy.One of the key points to win the competition is the human resources of the company.Therefore reasonable use and planning of the human resources is the key for the company to obtain competitive advantages,and the core of human resources is staff performance appraisal.Taking Fujian FR Electronic company technical staff performance appraisal system as the research object,we would use the method combining quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis to put forward technical staff performance appraisal program for Fujian FR Electronic Company.In the first part,this article starts with the research background,purpose and meaning.Then summarize the content of this article and the research methods and research ideas briefly.Further summarize the performance appraisal research status at home and abroad.Then in the second part of the article,we generalizes the concepts and characteristics of skilled employees,defines the definition of performance and performance appraisal,and reviews the goal management,the balanced scorecard,key performance indicators,evaluation methods,such as 360-degree evaluation.In the third part of the article we introduce the status quo of the FR Company’s technical staff performance appraisal.Based on this information,we use questionnaire to summarizes the problems of the current technical staff performance appraisal system in FR electronic company.The problems include that purpose for performance appraisal is not clear,individual performance disconnect with the team performance,the performance appraisal system is not reasonable,performance appraisal were regarded as assessor’s work,employee engagement is low,bonus distribution is taken as the main purpose of performance appraisal,etc.To solve these problems,the author puts forward with a 360-degree performance appraisal as the company’s main performance appraisal method,and further define the nature of the main body and object for performance appraisal.In the fourth part of the article,We formulate the performance appraisal index system for company technical staff on the basis of the technical staff’s work,and make use of the dual weighting method to determine the weight of the index system,then design the appraisal table for company technical staff.In order to guarantee the success of the new performance appraisal,in the fifth part of the article the author suggested that the company implement the evaluation system following the steps:planning---performance appraisal process control---carry out performance evaluation---performance feedback and interview---application of the results of the process of implementation of performance evaluation.In order to ensure the implementation of the new scheme is successful,the companies need to provide supports in terms of organization,system,propaganda and personnel.Finally we hope that this research will give useful guidance and reference to policymakers of FR electronic company for technical staff performance appraisal. |
