Urban rail transit,as a quasi public product,has strong positive externalities in its construction and operation.Traffic guide city development(TOD,transit-oriented development)mode is the current international representative of the "subway build city" development mode,and has very good application and promotion in Hongkong,the Hongkong subway has become one of the world's rail transportation enterprise profitability number.In our country,since 2012,the government has focused on the construction of rail transportation and the comprehensive utilization of land along the lines.In the dual role of land use planning mechanism and design,on the one hand the transportation make the land along the rail transit development efforts and improve the strength,on the other hand a lot of city facilities and residents gathered along the periphery,driven by the sharp increase in traffic of city rail traffic,so as to further promote the value of land along the track,to achieve sustainable development city land under the interaction of a variety of ways.This paper is based on the expected future income between the rich economies and track rail transit construction investment in Shunde,as the key node of Foshan metropolitan regional integration,with the area of city rail and intercity rail,tram and rail transportation system gradually perfect,the future of Shunde's traffic and location advantages will become more prominent,the development potential great,but as a government has the advantage of resources of state-owned assets(S investment company),has been to assume the government public infrastructure construction industry,in the new development,from thinking development ideas and practical experience of Hongkong railway company,Singapore stateowned companies and other enterprises,based on the enterprise itself has the advantages of resources the investment and financing ability,integration of rail traffic pattern of TOD,the track along the TOD property of integrated development,to a party Can alleviate contradiction of city development and intensive land use,city traffic congestion,on the other hand,prompting S to the market transformation,bring economic opportunities for rail operation combined with the company's revenue generated by the feedback of rail transit investment,so as to implement the government's intention to city future development strategy,at the same time can make the state-owned enterprises further growth of the winwin purpose in the rail transportation era.
