After the D line completed,it will together with the 4^th line,become the mainly passenger transportation aorta go through the south to the north in B city.The line span reached 22.51km,have 11 stations,adopt B standard vehicle,6 vehicles as a group,the flow rate on the initial period,the recent period and the forward period is 24pairs/hour,28pairs/hour and 30pairs/hour respectively.The rate of equipment manufactured domestically is 73.01%.According to the scale of this item,the complex degree in technical and other factors,the project will be comprehensive start in March,2008,try to move in November,2011 and it will be official operation at the end of December,2012.It is estimate that the total investment almost 10.089 billion Yuan,the technical economy target 453,000,000 Yuan/main line kilometers.According to the analysis about this paper,internal rate of return after tax is 0.24%,and net present value is -5.730 billion Yuan,which cannot be recovered in investment period.The internal rate of return for this project is 12.02%,and net present value is 4.391 billion Yuan,and ability of the economical profit is good.The economical sensitive analysis indicated that this project has certain anti-risk ability.The social efficiency analysis result indicated:when this project put in to practice,it will have the huge social efficiency and have a big promote for B city's economic development. According to the national economy,this project is feasible.This paper through some related feasibility study and above analysis,have the preliminary conclusion:the investment of this project is feasible.
