With the steady growth of our economy and the strong support of the policy level,many small micro enterprises have ushered in a good development opportunity.However,the small business risk and financing means alone to create the financing difficulties still exist,is still an important factor hindering their development.In addition,with the increasing competition between commercial banks,many banks want to seek new business growth outside the traditional business.One side has an urgent need for financing,the other has an urgent business needs,hit it off under the derivative of a new banking business,small micro-financial areas.Small micro-financial business mainly to small micro-credit-based,is the commercial banks directly for small micro-enterprises and individual industrial and commercial households to issue credit behavior.J Bank is a fast-growing business in recent years,the quality of assets of the city commercial banks.J Bank in recent years to set up a special small business credit center only for small micro-enterprise credit services.Independent operation of the small business credit center is still still part of the emerging sector,all aspects of the system is not perfect,the central and subordinate departments of the performance evaluation of the construction there are still many problems.This paper intends to study the status quo of the performance evaluation of the small bank credit center based on the Balanced Scorecard theory,and excavate the shortcomings of the existing performance rating system of the small business credit center and optimize it.This paper summarizes the theoretical system and the foundation of the research,which mainly focuses on the theory of balanced scorecard analysis.Thirdly,it is very important to analyze the research and the urgency of the research.Enterprise credit center and its subordinate departments and staff performance evaluation of the status quo to find out the existing performance evaluation system problems and shortcomings,summed up the solution;Fourth,the use of balanced scorecard to design optimization performance The framework of the evaluation system and the detailed implementation steps;Fifth,based on the Balanced Scorecard,a set ofperformance evaluation system for the J Bank Small Business Credit Center is designed,from the set of strategic objectives,to the strategic decomposition,This paper discusses the key index and the index weight of the evaluation system,and optimizes the incentive mechanism which is the matching result.Finally,the paper summarizes and prospects the integration case study.The significance of this study lies in the establishment of a balanced scorecard system which is suitable for the development strategy of the bank's emerging departments.Based on the original performance evaluation system of the credit bank of the small bank of the bank,the use of the balanced scorecard to make its performance system The optimization of the design,so that other banks can be the same type of business sector strategic management and performance evaluation reference case.
