Based on complete and detailed analysis of YT Science and Technology Company's old compensation management mode, according to modern compensation management theories and methods, this paper proposes a whole compensation solution. There are four parts in this paper. In the first part, the background and magnificence of this research are demonstrated. In the second part, correlative compensation management mode and traditional promotion theories are generally stated. It provides orientation and design basis for this paper. In the third part, after introducing company's background, characteristics and strategies, with the aid of a great deal of data from investigation, this paper deeply analyzes the present compensation management situation of YT science and technology Company's rationality and problems. Also the magnificence of designing new compensation solution for YT science and technology Company is stated. In the last part, against these problems, using core technology of broad band compensation and modern compensation management, the author designs a whole compensation solution, including compensation system, compensation policy, compensation structure, different compensation for different groups. With the point of view of future compensation trend, according to company's strategic objective, organizational development phrase and core value of organizational culture, the author redesigns YT's compensation system by using advanced broad bond compensation mode. Reward and benefit policies are also complied and improved. To some extent, this paper is a valuable reference of the practices for the private companies in China to design and improve their own compensation mode according to the specific environment, business demands and human resource strategy.
