Employee turnover is a common problem for every enterprise to face,although some staff turnover helps enterprises into the fresh blood,brings vitality to the enterprise.But if the employee turnover rate of sustained growth,will inevitably affect the healthy and sustainable development of enterprises,causing huge losses to the enterprise.In this paper,Thailand company as the research object,analysis key factors influencing the employee turnover,and proposed the corresponding solution,which has a certain reference value in theory and practice.This paper first reviews the relevant models,concepts and theoretical basis of employee turnover.After that,it introduces the general situation,organization structure and human resources of the company,and analyzes the nine key reasons that affect the turnover of the employees of the company through questionnaire,and then analyzes the external reasons and internal reasons from the outside of the enterprise.Personal reasons for three aspects of the detailed analysis.The external reasons include: the interference of interbank salary leads to the change of peopleundefineds mentality,the governmentundefineds development policy brings new opportunities for talents,the internal reasons include the negative influence of professional characteristics,the imperfect salary and welfare system,and the imperfect promotion mechanism.Lack of organizational culture,lack of effective training,personal reasons including family reasons and the impact of outlook on life values.At the end of this paper,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward,that is,to contain the negative influence brought by the professional characteristics,to perfect the salary and welfare system,to perfect the promotion mechanism,to bring up the excellent corporate culture and to enhance the training effectiveness.This paper makes a systematic analysis and exploration of employee turnover in Zhongtai company,which has certain theoretical and practical significance.It is hoped that it can arouse concerns or references from the relevant departments of the enterprise,so that the employee turnover problem of Zhongtai company can be improved.
