The labor market of China is undergoing a tangible shift these days that the generation born in 1980 s and 1990 s has reached the climax of employment,and become the main forces of the labor economy.The concept of an ideal career phrased as “ Well paid,Few works,and Close to home” has set the trend among them for job hunting,and as a result,many enterprises are faced with the tough issues such as how to provide a pleasant work environment,how to improve their satisfaction and performance in work and to reduce their rate of resignation.Therefore,this article develops from the point of sense of equity on remuneration,and delves into the issue of how it may influence the work performance and resignation tendency,given the hypothesized mediating effect of the sense of work satisfaction and regulating effect of sense of support from organization.And finally through an analysis on the fundamental liberation scheme,offers feasible solutions that would be likely to ready the enterprises for the new challenges and boost further development.The study is conducted based on the theories of social exchange,equity,level of demands etc,in order to get some insight into the interrelations between sense of remuneration equity,sense of support from organization,work satisfaction,work performance and resignation tendency.Special questionnaires are designed and distributed among selected groups to collect data referring to the measures of authority.And statistical analysis is implemented via the use of software such as SPSS,AMOS etc upon those data including factor analysis,validity and reliability analysis,descriptive statistical analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis,and then a model is simulated and tested.The main subjects of this study includes the following: verifying the relation between sense of remuneration equity and work satisfaction,and that between work satisfaction,work performance and resignation tendency;revelation of the impact that work satisfaction of employees has upon the relations between sense of remuneration equity,work performance,and resignation tendency,or to say the mediating effect;testing if sense of support from organization has regulation effect on relations between sense of remuneration equity and work satisfaction,or to say the regulating effect.The analysis indicates that sense of remuneration equity has positive relations with work satisfaction and work performance,negative with resignation tendency;work satisfaction has positive relations with work performance,negative with resignation tendency.In terms of the mediation effects: work performance plays a mediating role in its relations with sense of remuneration equity and resignation tendency,while sense of support by organization has no effects on the relation between sense of remuneration equity and work satisfaction.In light of the conclusion above,this article proposes relative managerial approaches: establish a payment system of equality,equity and transparency,a mechanism for employees to take part in decision making on payment management,a channel for thorough communication,a complete test mechanism for work performance,a system of control and analysis of employee resignation.This study may to some extent be of avail to enterprises trying to work out the issues of how to improve their employees work performance,reduce their resignation rate and boost their satisfaction in work.
