The advent of knowledge economy speeds up the competition for talent between enterprises.The staff turnover rate is increasing rapidly.LG is an enterprise of which core business is real estate development,and real estate consulting is their subsidiary business.From 2015,increasing number of staffs resign from the company and the staff turnover issue is becoming very serious.This thesis provides a theoretical basis for empirical research through in-depth refinement of existing literatures from local and abroad.It introduces the background of the LG Company,the status of its human resources management and staff turnover.The negative impacts of staff turnover are as follows.In order to get the basic understanding for the reasons behind staff turnover,the detailed interviews had been conducted for some company staffs.According to the interview analysis results,an appropriate questionnaire has been designed and then the company's employees have been investigated by the designed questionnaire.After collecting all valid surveys,below analyses have been done: the data is processed by the SPSS21.0 statistic software,and the survey sample is analyzed by descriptive statistical analysis.The verification of the quality of questionnaire by factor analysis.Further analysis on the data by correlation analysis and regression analysis.Deep investigation on the impact of employee turnover tendency,and determine the relative weight of key factors.Finally it figures out the main reasons for employees to leave the LG company.After the diagnosis is obtained,this thesis provides containments and countermeasures in line with the company's actual solution to the problem of employee turnover: Firstly,to develop employee's career path in the company and create more opportunities to employees for self-improvement by education and training.Secondly,to be fair and provide attractive salaries and benefits to employees at different position to make it more competitive in the same industry.Thirdly,to enhance the leadership skill for managers and make appropriate adjustment on leadership style by manager according to the diversity of staff.Fourthly,to make feasible work assignment to employees and help them to improve work efficiency as well.
