Labor relation is an important part of production relation and social relation.To achieve the harmony of labor relations is the common pursuit of the interests of enterprises and workers,conducive to the healthy development of China's economy and social harmony and stability.In recent years,labor disputes have been on the rise year by year,and workers' rights and interests have been violated to varying degrees.Petitions for protection of rights and interests have increased,and labor relations have become increasingly prominent.In order to better study the problem of harmonious labor relations in enterprises,this paper first analyzes the current situation and results of labor relations research at home and abroad,and establishes the research theme and focus.On this basis,using literature research,questionnaire survey method,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and other research methods,combined with the sander,labor relations management theory to design the specific evaluation index of labor relations,including the system of labor contract,workers' income distribution,and other five indicators,27 secondary index evaluation system of labor relations.To test the index system,the paper chose the local relatively harmonious labor relations of A company as an example for empirical evaluation,combined with the questionnaire survey of labor relations for A enterprise to carry on the evaluation,analysis of the enterprise in the construction of harmonious labor relationship problems,including: the implementation of laws and regulations and inadequate,lack of implementation of the labor contract,to the laborers working environment not important functions,union become formalized,etc.Finally,combined with the current situation of China's labor relations,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and measures for A enterprise,such as establishing and improving the collective bargaining system,building A people-oriented employment environment and enterprise culture,strengthening the implementation of labor contracts,and strengthening the function of labor unions.Innovation points and the value of this article is: based on the sander,labor relations management theory to construct the evaluation index system of enterprise labor relations,and with A company as A case,to verify this harmonious degree of labor relations,avoid the simple qualitative judgment of enterprise labor relations situation,deeply and systematically examines the case enterprise labor relations problems,enrich the research of harmonious labor relations.
