Nevertheless, any type of evaluating method has its own sphere of application. Up to solving practical problems, while using different methods, diverse results can be led to. Therefore, we should analyze problems after cases, according to the properties of the objects, and choose the proper method based on objectivity, maneuverability and efficiency principles.while researching harmonious society comprehensive evaluation, especially directly towards the limited data information and complex relationship between indexes, this paper establishes weighted grey TOPSIS evaluation model based on grey system found mention to feed the disadvantages of original TOPSIS and gives the comprehensive evaluation of harmonious society using relative relation degree, excavates the primary and secondary facts which affect the whole system, reflects the construction of harmonious society situation, and illustrates predominance comparing to weighted sum method.At last, this paper using results of the evaluation analyzes the leading and constraining facts of harmonious society construction lay-by-lay, proves the object necessity of "Further promotes the region coordinated development rise for to persist science development view and constructs the socialism harmonious society the important content", also analyzes the huge affect of district economy development's inbalancedness in harmonious construction of Jiangsu Province recently, and gives suggestions to the former construction background, hoping to make contribution to Jiangsu harmonious society construction.
