| With the rapid development of China's urbanization,more and more rural residents are moving to large and medium-sized cities,and the problem of "hollow villages" is constantly emerging.Thus there appeared the idle land and urban construction land tense problem,then the government use " Village Merging" to solve the problem of construction land tensions,and to promote the development of urbanization and new community construction.However,the question of whether the measures can increase the happiness of farmers remains controversial.The increase in the attainment and expectation of the well-being of the farmers after "Village Merging" reflects the increasing expectation of their good life.In this paper,we make up the happiness index evaluation method,according to the economic,social and cultural three dimensions to build a " Village Merging" farmer happiness after 3 d measurement system,using the field investigation and case analysis method,which measured before and after the " Village Merging" farmer happiness of variations on these three dimensions.Based on the comparison method,two communities in Rizhao were selected to analyze the changes of residents' happiness.The results show that there are certain conditions for the implementation of " Village Merging",and the happiness index of these rural residents has increased significantly in the case of " Village Merging".The majority of farmers said their happiness in living conditions and living environment improved,but their happiness declined in terms of living cost and spiritual culture.For the happiness of family economic income,social security,development space and opportunity,there are great differences between the two communities due to different practical conditions.To promote rural economic development to increase farmers' income;Strengthen supervision to ensure the quality of resettlement buildings;Respecting farmers' wishes and protecting farmers' rights and interests is the main way to enhance the happiness of farmers. |
