Research On Performance Evaluation Of Farmers' Professional Cooperatives

In order to improve the ability of the market to resist risks,increase the income and level of agricultural management,and improve the level of modernization,farmers have voluntarily set up specialized farmers' cooperatives.With the increase of the number of farmers' professional cooperatives and the increase of government guidance and support,cooperatives become more and more important.The cooperative's performance level directly affects the cooperative's development and the member's benefit.Based on transaction cost theory and enterprise performance evaluation theory,this study applies descriptive analysis,analytic hierarchy process,linear weighted method,questionnaire survey and data analysis to 30 cooperatives in Yantai.Based on the statistics and analysis of the survey data,this paper summarizes the development and characteristics of Yantai cooperatives,and analyzes the present performance level of the cooperatives.Through the discussion with experts,a secondary index system of cooperative performance is established,and the weight of each index is assigned by AHP,and the consistency test is passed.Of these,25 secondary indicators are derived from data from 30 Through the method of linear weighted continuous multiplication,the six primary index performance and the comprehensive performance of 30 cooperatives were calculated and ranked.The results of investigation and calculation show that the performance of farmers' specialized cooperatives in Yantai is generally on the low side,the scale is small,and there is no stable mechanism.The development of the cooperatives mainly depends on the support of the government.At the same time,it also shows that there is still a lot of room for the development of the cooperatives in Yantai.Therefore,we should pay attention to the cultivation of talents,improve the quality of members,standardize the cooperative management system,promote joint operation,establish brand awareness,carry out all kinds of government support systems,and strengthen policy support and so on.Gradually improve the performance of Yantai agricultural cooperatives.
