Research On The Establishment Of Longping Qianchonglang Grain Cooperative Performance Evaluation Index System

The stability of the national economy is related to the healthy development of agriculture so that our government has always attached great importance to the development of agriculture.After entering the market economy,the market of agricultural products gradually changes from the seller market to the buyer market,and the process of agricultural industrialization is also being promoted.Farmers'specialized cooperative can bring together scattered farmers into the market,help form a scale effect,and promote the agricultural industrialization.In recent years,the No.1 documents of national central government has always mentioned the farmers,specialized cooperative and put forward relevant supportive policies.However,there are still many problems,and the backwardness of performance evaluation of cooperatives is the deep reason for it.Improving the comprehensive evaluation index system helps the cooperatives to achieve performance optimization by finding out their advantages and disadvantages,so this research is of practical significance.This paper analyzed the existing researches on the performance evaluation of farmers' specialized cooperative and creatively put forward the triangular prism model on the performance evaluation index system of Longping Qianchonglang grain cooperative.This research used the model to establish the 28 indicators' matrix index system that including the growth rate of operating income,the market share of cooperative and the proportion of earnings returned by cooperatives to members,which is based on considering whether farmers' specialized cooperative meet the needs of major stakeholders,including ecological environment,government and other easily overlooked stakeholders.It used analytic hierarchy process to endow each performance evaluation index with weight and calculates the comprehensive score to judge the performance level of Longping Qianchonglang grain cooperative.Through performance measurement,we can further improve the level of performance from the perspectives of expanding sales channels and increasing product categories.Moreover,the performance evaluation system should be perfected as a governance mechanism in cooperatives so that it can really play the role of improving performance.
