Research On Multidimensional Evaluation Of Regional Distribution Of Jiangsu Patent Resources

Patent resource is an important embodiment of regional science and technology strength and core competitiveness,which plays an important strategic role in social and economic development.As patent resources flew faster,cross-regional cooperation was becoming more and more frequent.The relationship between patent and industry was increasingly closed.And the patent competition was intensified under the new situation.It is necessary for the area as a carrier,with the interaction between patent and industrial as the main line,to monitor,analysis and report the operational status of the patent,exploring the regional patent layout quality and promoting the realization of regional innovation drive and high quality economic development strategy.This paper took Jiangsu Province as the research object.Based on the existing research results,the related concepts such as patent,patent resources,patent resources regional layout and quality evaluation of patent area were expounded.Secondly,this paper analyzed the status quo of regional distribution of patent resources in Jiangsu Province and proposed the problems and causes of its layout.Based on theoretical analysis and status analysis,the quality evaluation model of patent area was constructed and introduced the quality evaluation method.Then,based on static distribution,dynamic distribution and trading network,the paper researched on the multi-dimensional analysis and comprehensive evaluation of regional distribution of patent resources in 13 Cities of Jiangsu province.According to the evaluation results,the following conclusions were drawn:(1)patent resources in cities of Jiangsu province showed uneven spatial static distribution;(2)the degree of coordination between each city's patent resource subsystem varied;(3)the development of inter-regional patent transactions was good;(4)the quality level of regional distribution of patent resources in Jiangsu province was stratified significantly.According to the research results,this paper put forward some optimization strategies from the three dimensions of guiding the rational allocation of resources,integrating the coordinated development of resources,and accelerating the flow of patent resources,which was of guiding significance to improve the layout quality of patent area and develop high quality economic in Jiangsu province.
