Research On The Quality Management Evaluation Based On 10kV Mo Guan Distribution Network Projects Of Horqin District

For a long time,the power industry has contributed to the development of the national economy.In the process of the power industry,the quality of the distribution network has obviously become the focus of attention,the distribution network is the backbone of the power system.The quality of distribution network construction project related to the effective delivery of electricity and user experience.In recent years,the power system construction of the main network is more and more perfect,power supply companies continue to increase investment in distribution network projects,which making the distribution network project quality management received more and more attention.In the case,it is of great significance to study the management optimization strategy of distribution network project quality.In the paper,a large number of literatures are reviewed,and the research status of quality management of distribution network project at home and abroad is analyzed in detail.And the related concepts of quality management are explained.The paper introduces the status quo of quality management of distribution network project.Taking the 10 k V Mo Guan line as the research object,through the empirical research,the quality management measures which should be taken at all stages of the distribution network project are described,and the common problems in the quality management of the distribution network are analyzed.Finally,the factors influencing the quality management of distribution network project are sorted out,and some key influencing indexes of project personnel,material equi pment,quality control,organization and management are selected according to certain principles,and the quality management index system of distribution network project is constructed.The AHP method and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are used to evaluate the quality management of the 10 k V Mo Guan line project in the Horqin district,and the optimization strategy is put forward for the evaluation results.The paper evaluates the level of quality management of distribution network projects by combining quantitative and qualitative analysis.Through the analysis of the quality evaluation system of 10 kV Mo Guan line in the distribution network of Horqin district,it can be seen that the quality management evaluation model is feasible,the use of the model is convenient to compare the indicators,find out the problems according to the evaluation results and formulate the solutions,and provide some reference to the project quality management.
