Private enterprises are important economic organization to create social wealth,as well as the builders and practitioners of socialist modernization and reform and opening-up.The private enterprises in our country are steadily growing,and become increasingly important practical significance in the development of the national economy,and performance management for the promotion of the competitiveness of the private enterprises has a great role in promoting.As a key factor and an important tool of performance management,performance communication runs through the whole process of management,which is very important to improve the management of private enterprises and improve the performance of employees.In the process of performance management,private enterprises need continuous performance communication,get information about the improvement work at any time,and reach a new promise at any time.However,when dealing with the performance of communication,private enterprises and enterprise managers often appear many problems and mistakes,seriously restricted the long-term development and progress of enterprises.Therefore,it is very important to improve the level of performance communication and improve the performance of managers and employees.On the basis of management communication,performance and communication theory,the paper uses survey questionnaire method,interview method and SPSS statistics 19.0 statistical analysis method,by descriptive statistic,reliability and validity analysis,factor analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis,we study that the communication performance has significantly positive influence on employee performance,and put forward for effective communication from the organization,managers and employees three aspects,is committed to improve and enhance the performance of employees,and finally to promote the realization of the overall performance of the enterprises.Through the empirical analysis,this paper draws the communication performance communication variables of the organization,the management performance and the employee have significant positive influence on task performance and relationship performance,verify two assumptions of the article,namely the effect of performance communication directly influences the realization of the employee performance.By selecting several typical private enterprises,the empirical research on communication performance enrich the theory of performance communication,hope to provide an important basis and reference for the practice of performance communication in private enterprises,also hope to other types of enterprises to play a certain reference role in performance management and communication.
