Performance Evaluation is not a new concept to the corporations. It has become the root process of the human resource management in many corporations. Appraisal and incentive are important methods to inspire the enthusiasm of managers. During the course of management, performance evaluation to Intermediate manager is becoming more and more appreciated by the main leaders.At present during the course of the performance evaluation, many corporations are short of standard performance evaluation system or the present performance evaluation is not perfect , which makes the evaluation formal, can not output the function of it effectively. This article will use some related theories of performance evaluation to design the plan of performance evaluation.TB is a technical private corporation which is developing rapidly .This article does a lot of literature research work focused on task performance, contextual performance and other content about performance evaluation. We summarize the experience and lesson of using performance evaluation by other peoples. Analyzing the current performance evaluation of the corporation and taking into account the developing plans of the corporation, we design the performance evaluation project aiming to the executives and provide methods of guarantee to carry it out. This is realistic and meaningful for the corporation to carry out performance evaluation scientifically and reasonable.I hope through this article research, TB could get some ideas for performance evaluation to Intermediate manager.
