H Company is a global high-tech company in China.It has established seven regional departments around the world and has an internal communication system developed independently.Combined with my internship experience in the sales department of H company,the virtual team communication technology is so complete,but the virtual team communication performance still has a large improvement space as the entry point to carry out virtual team communication research.This paper firstly sorts out relevant theoretical literatures at home and abroad and combines internship experience and materials to sort out the status of virtual team communication in sales department of H company.Through interview and questionnaire survey method,combined with data analysis results,this paper diagnoses the existing problems of virtual team communication performance in sales department of H company,and then analyzes the reasons.In order to get the problems solved,this paper applies the Task-technology Fit theory into the virtual team communication scenario and constructs the model of virtual team communication performance antecedents.Finally,based on various dimensions of the final model and the actual situation,this paper puts forward practical and detailed countermeasures to improve the virtual team communication performance of the sales department of H company.This paper enriches the virtual team communication case of domestic enterprises,which examines the applicability of Task-technology Fit model in virtual team communication scenario,constructs the model of virtual team communication performance antecedents and finds out the influence of team characteristics in Task-technology Fit to improve the model.Countermeasures of virtual team communication performance in the sales department of H company based on Task-technology Fit can be used as a reference for the virtual team communication management in H company and other companies.
