The reform of state-owned enterprises (SOE) is the focal and difficult point in the economic system reforming, the basic purpose of the SOE reform lies in improving the organization performances of enterprises, and the key affecting the organization performances lies in the employee's performances. Therefore, from a certain angle, the purpose of the reform of state-owned enterprises could be say how to motivate employees improving their work performance.Pierce et al. proposed the theory of psychological ownership.This theory provides a new perspective to understanding how to motivating employees for us, and is regarded as an essential element of the employee's relationship with the organisation. At present the research on psychological ownership is still at the starting stage, mostly concentrated in the mechanism and the basis of theoretical, though there is some relevant empirical research, depth and broadness also remain to expand.This article studies on how to use psychological ownership and work attitudes (organizational commitment and job satisfaction) to motivate staffs, how to inspire the staffs' work performance. On the basis of the literature review, by empirical means to explore the relationship among psychological ownership, organizational commitment, job satisfaction and work performance.This paper not only clarifies that psychological ownership has flu on task performance and contextual performance, but also puts the work attitude as mediator, which reminded the managers that staff members should be motivated as well as the psychological and behavioral state is considered. Conclusions in this study not only have theoretical innovation, also have great significance impact in the human resources management.However, the study still has deficiencies such as sample range, and then these should be improved in further researches.
