Research On Staff Training System Construction Of TG Company

In today,human resources,especially human intelligence resources are the core resources of the enterprise,improve the quality of enterprise employees in an all-round way,in order to enhance the competitive advantage of enterprises,promote the realization of enterprise strategic goals and economic benefits.A set of scientific and complete staff training system with strong applicability is essential to continuously and systematically improve the training effect,and has a lasting and reliable role in promoting the development of enterprises.This paper aims at the TG company staff training system as the research object,through the analysis of TG company staff training status,build a systematic staff training system.Firstly,this paper studies the theory related to employee training system,and then analyzes the current situation of employee training system of TG company by means of employee interview,and finds out the existing problems: random training objectives,lack of sufficient training needs analysis,the randomness of the training plan is relatively large,the training form is too single,do not pay attention to the evaluation of training effect,etc.,and analyzes these problems,and finally puts forward the scheme of building employee training system according to the actual situation of TG company.In this paper,the TG company design training methods,considering the actual situation of the company,the training of skilled workers to take double tutorial system,one is responsible for teaching operation,one is responsible for teaching technology.This has certain reference significance for the training of talents in the emerging industry which is lack of talents in the industry.
