Study On The Development Of Agricultural Industrialization Leading Enterprise Supported By Agricultural Policy Finance

Agriculture industrialization is the forceful measure to change from conventional agriculture to modern agriculture. Through the more than ten years, agriculture industrialization has made a great advance, and it has been an effective way to adjust the structure of agricultural industry. But the practice shows that the development of agricultural industrialization is restricted by a variety of factors, including a shortage of funds that is the biggest difficulty of the developing agriculture industrialization in our country. Influenced by agricultural weakness, the credit-funds into the industrialization of agriculture is lacking. Therefore, the reinforcement of the policy finance support for agriculture industrialization is the important breakthrough to solve the financing problems of agricultural industrialization.In the thesis, the development of the leading agricultural enterprises supported by Agricultural Development Bank of China Suining Branch is regarded as a sample. It studies on the existing problems of the development of the leading agricultural enterprises supported by Agricultural Development Bank of China. By analyzing the reasons, it tries to find out the way to promote the development of agricultural industrialization by the cooperation of the government, the banks and the enterprises.The thesis is divided into five chapters:The first chapter is introduction which introduces the background, the purpose and the research methods of this thesis, and reviews the related research at home and abroad, including the concept of agricultural industrialization, market failure and government intervention, the relationship between economic and financial, the agricultural weakness and the rural financial system reform.The second chapter introduces the policy finance support for agriculture at home and abroad, including the historical changes, the funding sources and the result of Agricultural Development Bank of China as the only agricultural policy bank of chinaThe third chapter introduces current situation of the leading agricultural enterprises and financial support in Suining, and analyses the plight of the banking industry supporting for agriculture industrialization.The fourth chapter introduces current situation of the leading agricultural enterprises supported by Agricultural Development Bank of China Suining Branch, and analyses the difficulties of Agricultural Development Bank of China supporting for the leading agricultural enterprises.In allusion to the problems existing in the leading agricultural enterprises supported by Agricultural Development Bank of China, chapter five tries to find out the opinions and Suggestions from the perspective of government, bank and enterprise.
