In the fierce market competition environment,performance management,as the core factor of modern enterprise operation management,can guarantee the enterprise to gain competitive advantage and promote the implementation of enterprise strategy.Only by specifying reasonable performance management objectives and building an efficient management system can enterprises promote the quality of enterprise performance management,and ultimately promote the realization of enterprise strategic objectives.This paper takes Contec Medical Systems(Qinhuangdao)Co.,Ltd.as the research object,combined with the company's operation characteristics and future strategic target for a period of time,the company management situation,make full use of relevant knowledge and principle of performance management,by using scientific methods and means,in-depth study of the performance index of constructing and optimizing evaluation system and improvement measures.Firstly,Introducing the relevant theories of performance appraisal.This paper expounds the concept and function of performance appraisal,and briefly introduces the performance management methods such as KPI management method,balanced scorecard,360 degree assessment method and objective management method.Secondly,Analyzing the current situation and existing problems of performance appraisal of Contec Medical Systems(Qinhuangdao)Co.,Ltd.This paper makes a brief introduction about the course of the company development,human resources,challenges of the company facing,organizations,and other aspects etc.;describes the present situation of the company's performance appraisal system;points out the main problems existing in the performance appraisal system of the company.Thirdly,Optimizing a new performance appraisal system.Firstly,the principle and basis of constructing the performance evaluation system;second,construction method and step by step,and system construction;after using the optimized evaluation system,assessment of the company nearly two years of operation;finally,analysis of performance results presented.Finally,Discussing the improvement measures of performance appraisal system.Combined with the practice,from the establishment of high performance enterprise culture and improve the leadership of the company attaches great importance to the establishment of efficient performance communication channels,continue to promote the optimization of system,establishing the IT management system and other aspects of the implementation of the supporting measures to improve the system performance.
