The Establishment And Application Of Safety Performance Evaluation System Of Petroleum Marketing Company

Safety performance is an important part of enterprise performance management,especially the oil sales enterprises,because of its storage and management of hazardous chemicals,safety performance is directly related to its reputation,management status and social image,enterprise daily supervision and management of the important point is how to ensure the safe operation of production and operation,effectively curb the occurrence of accidents,in order to achieve good safety performance.Based on the summary and analysis of the existing safety performance management system of Chongqing sales and storage company,this paper puts forward the existing problems,on the basis of this,the establishment of safety performance index system,and the construction of enterprise self safety performance evaluation system.Using the MORT method to construct the logical tree diagram of safety performance indicators,as the top event,the enterprise decision-making leadership,management and operation layer three levels as the intermediate event,different security indicators are assigned to each level as a basic event,intuitive reflect the logical relationship between the security performance indicators.Using the minimum cut set and structure importance,this paper analyzes the importance of index and weight.According to the calculation results,the author makes use of the existing inspection table,the combination of event classification to analyze and evaluate the overall safety performance level.In this paper,the comprehensive use of scientific theory,combined with the actual situation of Chongqing sales and storage company,the research conclusion has a certain reference for the safety performance evaluation and management of enterprises has a certain reference and guiding significance.
