With the continuous development of our economy, the management of human resources plays increasingly important role in modern society. As the core segment of HR system, Performance Assessment is an effective benchmark to measure the level of HR management.As a large and comprehensive logistics enterprises, Y Company there still exist some problems about staff performance assessment in its integration into International logistics industry. Based on the relevant theories and methods, the author analyzes current situation in Y Company together with its causes and proposes a scheme accordingly. Moreover, the author also put forwards the measures to guarantee the implementation of productivity evaluation system, aimed to the staff in Y Company, by establishing and improving corporate performance management concept, building a healthy environment of productivity evaluation, cultivating a productivity-oriented culture, perfecting incentive mechanism as well as emphasizing training before productivity evaluation from the point of feasibility.
