In recent years,because of the continuous changes in global climate conditions and the destruction of the natural environment by human beings,the severe climate is constantly occurring,and various natural disasters are constantly being staged in all parts of the world.The occurrence of natural disasters such as flood,typhoon,earthquake and debris flow not only caused great loss to the state and people,but also brought a certain delay and hindrance to the rapid development of society.In order to reduce and reduce the damage to the people's life and property,the pre disaster preparation and post disaster relief for natural disasters is particularly important to reduce and reduce the damage to the people's life and property.The delivery of goods to the affected areas plays a vital role in the operation and outcome of rescue operations.How to realize the rapid development of natural disasters has long been a problem that the state and society need to solve urgently.At the same time,with a large number of scholars at home and abroad from different angles on this problem,the problem is gradually realized from local to the whole to solve the problem.The ultimate goal of emergency logistics is to send emergency materials quickly to disaster sites according to actual needs,so as to minimize the loss caused by natural disasters,and the rational distribution of emergency emergency facilities is the basis of rapid emergency rescue.Therefore,from the point of view of emergency logistics,this paper first analyzes several common location methods and models and their advantages and disadvantages of the location of emergency material reserve center,and the status quo at home and abroad.Finally,on the basis of the optimized center of gravity method,the consideration of emergency time is added,and transportation is realized on the premise of rapid rescue.The route and transport distance are the best,considering the location optimization and transportation optimization.Then the model is established,and the Dijkstra algorithm in operational research is introduced.Finally,taking Zhejiang Province as an example,the results are analyzed and summarized and analyzed.
