Recent years, major emergency frequently attacks on the world that people live in, They have the characteristic of wide influence , destructive, and made a great loss of lives and property. However, dealing with emergency is a complicated system engineering, to guarantee emergency aid is the major problem for the people's life safety and maintaining social stability. Therefore, the scientific choice of emergency logistics distribution center and rescue vehicles driving route, in order to improve the efficiency of the emergency logistics has become the key problem to deal with emergencies, also an important academic subjects.From the perspective of integration, this article combines the emergency logistics distribution center location and rescue vehicles-routing problem as location-routing problem, and makes comprehensive study.Firstly, the thesis sum up the situation of study at home and abroad about emergency logistics distribution and locationg-routing problem of major emergency, introduce the definition ,classification and features of the the major emergency. In addition, the paper introduces the connotation, characteristics of emergency logistics and the particularity of major emergency logistics. Finally, the study introduces the theoretical foundation about location-routing problem, priority generalize the definition and classification of LRP.Secondly, the paper analyzes the basic algorithm of location-routing problem, and introduces the basic principle , the advantages and disadvantages of genetic algorithnm and tabu search algorithm.Thirdly, the paper gives the definition and element of emergency logistics distribution network, while analyzes the influence of the major emergency on LRP; And it uses the least system time and lowest total cost of emergency logistics distribution as the goal, at the same time, considering the uncertained demand of emergency supplies, it establishes the emergency logistics fuzzy multi-objective LRP model and designs a multi-objective genetic-tabu hybrid algorithm,also gives the settlement.Finally, the paper optimizes emergency logistics distribution network based on the background of wenchuan earthquake, through constructing LRP model, determine the ultimate center address of emergency distribution, and choose rescue vehicles driving route, and point out the shortage about current emergency logistics distribution network of our country,at the same time,it gives more reasonable suggestions.
