Study On The Urban Land Evolution In Central City Of Shangluo (2001-2015)

The evolution of urban land is part of the development of urban space.As the political,economic,and cultural center of Shangluo City,the downtown area of Shangluo has undergone a quiet transformation in its original spatial growth model and spatial organization model since 2000.Problems such as the lagging of urban infrastructure facilities and low efficiency of land use have gradually become more prominent under the background of rapid urban expansion.The potential threat of urban sprawl to the urban ecological security has been continuously increasing.An empirical analysis of the urban land development in the rapid development stage of Shangluo City since 2001,strengthening the understanding of the history,present situation,and the intrinsic essence of the development of urban land use will help improve the scientificity of urban planning and construction in Shangluo and promote the harmonious development of urban society,economy and ecology is of great significance.Thesis Based on the relevant researches and theories of urban land use both at domestic and abroad,building the research framework of urban land use evolution based on the basic attributes of urban land use,and determines the three main lines of land use expansion,land use pattern evolution,and land use structure evolution in urban land use,and further clarify the connotation of urban land evolution characteristics under the main line content.Based on the three master plans of Shangluo City in 2001,2009 and 2015,the Thesis uses a spatial analysis method combining qualitative morphological analysis with quantitative spatial feature measurement to compare and analyze the spatial characteristics of urban land in urban areas of Shangluo from 2001 to 2015.In the expansion of urban land,the scale,direction characteristics,and expansion patterns of land use are summarized.The urban land use patterns are summarized in terms of urban land form patterns and spatial distribution characteristics.The urban land use structure summarizes the quantitative structure and spatial structure of urban land use.With land use,develop intensity changes.On the basis of the characteristics of land use evolution,from the four aspects of natural mechanism,economic mechanism,political mechanism,and social behavior mechanism,the paper deeply analyzedthe forms and contents of natural,economic,political,and demographic factors on the evolution of urban land use in Shangluo City,revealing Shangluo City.The inherent law of urban land evolution.Based on the quantitative research methods of urban geography,landscape ecology and other disciplines,this paper analyzes the characteristics and internal mechanisms of urban land use in the downtown area of Shangluo,enriches the theoretical achievements of spatial research in small and medium cities in the western region,and actively guides economic development and ecological protection in Shangluo City.Balance the urban land development strategy under the target.
