Land Use Intensity Research Based On Emergy Theory

The intensive use of urban land has been a hot issue in different fields by many scholars, but the influence of the intensive use of Ecologically Functional Zones land on the regional economy and the ecological environment is less concerned. Land is the supporter of all economic activities, natural resources and ecological environment, and it's difficult for single Emergy Analysis Method to expression the complexity of temporal and spatial variation of land intensive use. therefore, it's needed to integrate the method for research the effect of land intensive use on regional economic benefits and ecological benefits. So, Shangluo City in Shaanxi Province is regarded as the research object in this peper, and from the perspective of different land use functions, the land use types of Shangluo region can be divided into production land, living land and ecological land. Meanwhile, combined with Emergy Analysis Method, GIS technology, applies quantitative analysis, research the impact of land intensive use on social economic system and ecological system from the domain of city and county, the scale of time and space, and the relationship between development regional ecological economy and land intensive use, in order to promote the regional sustainable development and provide reference for land intensive use and development ecological economic in the study area. The results as follows:1. In city field, from 1999?2012, the intensive degree of the three types of land in Shangluo City are increased year by year, the effect of land intensive use is obvious. The intensive degree of life land increased most quickly, followed by production land, ecological land is the last. And all types of land use function consistent performance, the intensive degree of land is higher in the field Where there are frequent production activities and intensive economic activities, on the other hand, the lower.2. In county field, the intensive degree and green GDP value of the three types of land in Shangluo City is obvious from the space scale. According to land classification, in most cases, the grade of production land intensive degree is negatively correlated with the level of green GDP (eco-economy), when the intensive degree of land is high, but the green GDP value is low; the grade of life land intensive degree had no obvious rules and little correlation with the level green GDP; the grade of intensive degree of ecological land and the level of green GDP (eco-economy) showed a positive correlation, the grade of ecological land intensive degree is higher, the green GDP value (eco-Economy) level is relatively high.3. According to the different situations of the three types of land intensive utilization, this peper put forward the idea that is the ecological model of land intensive use in ecological function areas in order to more conducive to the protection of regional ecological environment and adhere to the direction of sustainable development. In which, the land intensive use pattern of production land is "production+ecology",but production is mainly; the land intensive use of life land is "life+ecology"mixed land use pattern, comfortable life and ecological protection are equally important; the land intensive use pattern of ecological land is "tourism+ecology", through the development of tourism to expand economic benefits.4. In the study of the intensive use of land in the ecological function area, the advantage of Emergy Theory Method is that it not only unified dimension measuring unit, but also can measure renewable resources, non-renewable resources, waste resources and saving resources, and the calculation of land use intensive degree is more comprehensive and perfect. The research shows that the Emergy Analysis Method has more advantage of calculating the ecosystem service function of the system. It has changed the past only consider the economic benefits, ignoring the ecological benefits in the study of land intensive use, it has guiding significance to ensure the sustainable use of land in the system.
