With the development of Internet information,e-commerce has become an important way of economic and trade.With the improvement of information technology and the continuous promotion of economic integration,traditional industries in various countries have expanded the development space of the industry with the help of e-commerce platform.Open and efficient e-commerce has become a new fulcrum of world economic growth in the 21 st century.In this special period,it is urgent to innovate the sales and circulation mode of agricultural products,which is an opportunity as well as a challenge.Cangnan county is located at the southernmost end of Zhejiang Province,close to the East China Sea,known as the "South Gate" of Zhejiang Province.Cangnan county belongs to subtropical marine monsoon climate,warm in winter and cool in summer.Cangnan County's agricultural product "Cangnan four seasons pomelo" is a local specialty of Cangnan County,Zhejiang Province.It is a product of Chinese geographical indication.It has unique appearance,good taste and rich nutrition.It is a treasure in the fruit and can also be used as medicine.It enjoys the reputation of "Xianjia famous fruit" in Zhejiang Province and even the whole country.In order to promote the development of four season pomelo in Cangnan County and speed up the industrialization process,the government of Cangnan County has continued to increase the support for four season pomelo.Large scale production bases of four season pomelo have been established successively.The production scale,quality and output of four season pomelo have been greatly improved.At the same time,the contradiction between the increasing production and the simple and inefficient sales mode and the single sales channel makes Cangnan four season pomelo gradually fall into the dilemma of full warehouse and unsalable.Cangnan county government also saw and faced up to this problem.In order to solve this problem,Cangnan county Party committee and county government attached great importance to the role of Internet marketing,formulated relevant policies such as "e-commerce for city",took e-commerce as "No.1 new industry",vigorously developed e-commerce,broadened the sales channels of Cangnan four season pomelo,and opened up the new market of Cangnan four season pomelo.In this paper,the four season pomelo in Cangnan county is taken as the research object.Firstly,the development status of the four season pomelo products in Cangnan county is analyzed,including product introduction,marketing mode,existing problems in market expansion and prospect analysis;secondly,the application of e-commerce of four season pomelo products is analyzed by SWOT,and based on the results of SWOT analysis,the e-commerce mode suitable for the application of e-commerce of four season pomelo is constructed;Then according to the different scale of production and sales of the main body for analysis,according to their different circumstances in the four grapefruit marketing e-commerce application mode to make different choices,and make cost budget,risk prediction and control;finally,for the four grapefruit e-commerce application problems may exist in the corresponding countermeasures,and make conclusions and prospects.The main research methods are literature research,field research and SWOT analysis.In order to realize the smooth and orderly application of e-commerce in the marketing of four seasons grapefruit in Cangnan County,we need multiple guarantees and multiple channels,including policy guidance and support guarantee,technical service and training guarantee,capital guarantee,logistics and other guarantee measures.The main conclusion of the study is: in the current e-commerce environment,using the Internet to cover the whole network of customers can broaden the sales market of Cangnan County,so we should strengthen the application of e-commerce.In the early stage of Sijiyou's e-commerce application,we need to focus on how to open up the market,put advertisements and accumulate new users;in the middle stage of Sijiyou's e-commerce application,we need to focus on improving transaction security,establishing honest relationship with consumers and maintaining customers;in the later stage of Sijiyou's e-commerce application,we need to focus on New markets.
