HTK is a typical food private enterprise in F province,and is currently facing a severe situation of overcapacity and industry shuffling.With the expansion of HTK's business,management issues have become increasingly prominent,mainly the overall management of the extensive,low efficiency,low morale,lack of responsibility,etc.,these adverse factors and HTK's development is extremely unequal,has become the bottleneck to HTK company's further develop.Therefore,it is imperative for HTK to build a scientific,reasonable,effective and motivating Performance Evaluation Index System to help HTK improve organizational performance and improve HTK's management level.Based on the theory and experience of performance evaluation at home and abroad,this paper makes an in-depth investigation,analysis and diagnosis of HTK's performance evaluation system by questionnaire and in-depth interviews.There are a series of problems in the performance evaluation index of HTK company.In order to drive the overall strategic goal of HTK company,this paper studies HTK's current performance evaluation system,combined with the problems and the actual situation of the company,designed the company's strategy-oriented,KPI as the core of the Performance Indicators system.The author of the paper made the overall layout as "to ask questions-analysis of problems-to solve the problem" in turn,to complete the HTK company Performance Indicators system research and optimization design.
