Research On The Supervision Of Food Safety In Rural Areas In Zhuanghe

The problem of rural food safety is related to the health and life safety of farmers,which has become a hot topic in the current society.In recent years,our country introduced by relevant laws and regulations and innovation of regulatory measures,strengthen the regulation of frequency,to carry out special campaigns,media exposure,strengthening propaganda and so on a variety of ways and means to continuously strengthen the supervision of food safety and rural food security situation has improved,but the rural food safety still exist certain problems,in order to better improve rural food safety supervision,to ensure the broad masses of peasants of food safety,maintaining the rural consumer food safety,fundamentally solve the problem of food security needs we need to be addressed.This paper takes the rural food safety supervision of zhuanghe city as an example to investigate and study the supervision of rural food safety in zhuanghe city.First of all,using the method of literature,at home and abroad of rural food safety supervision work related information,understanding the rural food safety supervising actuality at home and abroad,analyze the collected data and research;Secondly,investigating the zhuanghe rural food safety supervision work design,in combination with the practical situation of zhuanghe rural food safety regulation,determine the research purpose and method,design the questionnaire item,the methods of questionnaire investigation,panel access investigation,data collected for recycling questionnaire;Thirdly,the investigation data is analyzed and the problems existing in food safety supervision in zhuanghe are obtained.Finally,from improving the laws and regulations of food related laws and regulations,improving the service consciousness and innovating the means of supervision,etc.,to improve the countermeasures of rural food safety supervision in zhuanghe.This paper hope through this research not only can be fairly and objectively reflect the real situation of zhuanghe rural food safety regulation,according to the survey,combines the actual conditions of zhuanghe rural food safety regulation,put forward feasible improvement scheme,in order to further improve the rural food safety supervision work throughout the country to provide the reference.
