Food Safety Supervision And Management’s Countermeasure’s Study In Changchun

In recent years, Food Safety problem has become a common focus concerned byall of governments and consumers in the world. In China, Food Safety not seriouslyeffects on most people’s health and life, but property security, relates to the nationaleconomic and social development, and even effects on the great rejuvenation of theChinese nation. In the CPPCC and National People’s Congress of2009, nationalcommittee put forward on strengthening the supervising power on food safety, whichbecame the focus of the assembly. At the same time, food safety regulation is writteninto the prime minister’s work report. The report reflects the national emphasis onspecial safety regulation and product quality for all kinds of non-standard behavior,product quality and efficacy, which is very seriously stipulated. This is the first timeto increase the food safety problem to the high level as Prime Minister’s work report,which reflects our government’s determination and concerns unprecedentedly. Theimportance of food safety is obviously to be discerned. Simultaneously, China istaking effective measures actively to strengthen food safety supervision, and haveachieved effective results. But due to the deep reasons and the national reality, China’sfood safety situation is still grim, strengthen the supervision of food safety work isstill the current emergency for all levels of CPC’s committees and governments. Thisarticle evaluate objectively on the current situation of food safety in our country onthe first hand, summarizes the work of food safety in our country since the reform andopening up with significant achievements, narrates the current problems in food safetythat should not be allowed to ignore. Improving the coping ability in food safety gradually is animportant part of the guarantees on consumer food safety, which contribute too muchto create a safe harmonious society and guarantee the livelihood of the people withgreat significance. Food safety work is important work of the current governmententities at all levels to carry out the scientific concept of development, improvepeople’s livelihood in building a harmonious society. Expectedly, this article couldmake a reference for the government departments in actively taking measures tostrengthen the supervision of food safety and food testing, increasing the intensity ofillegal punishment, improving the food safety situation in Changchun, strengtheningfood safety supervision work.
