Business Plan Of The 1980 Business Starters' Coffee Shop In Liujiao Building

The main purpose of this topic is to integrate the alumni resources,gather the alumni strength,gather the members of the alumni,and serve the alumni at all levels of Dalian University of Technology.Taking into consideration of the development policy of our school,the coffee shop plan starts from the actual needs of alumni and employs scientific management methods and has sorted out the direction of managing,improved the business model and formed entrepreneurial business plans of significant guidance.During the process of compiling,this plan has collected much information and has put into practice the knowledge taught in the MBA course of knowledge and has analyzed the internal and external environment of enterprises and competition environment.It also has positioned the target consumers and has proved that the service and management policy is effective.Through the practice of small-scale activities,we have designed the organizational structure and the way of membership composition,and has made a scientific and reasonable budget for the cost,expenses and expected revenue of the project.In this paper,the form of the business plan for the project analysis and planning,we believe that the coffee shop plan will be emotional bonds between alumni and will provide a venue for alumni to exchange entrepreneurial information.
