Management IT System Planning In X Training Center

X Training Centre is a professional training organization specializing in IT technique courses.The centre keeps expanding over a decade in the increasingly competitive market.In order to stand out in the competition,X Training centre has made the strategic development plan by increasing the number of the branches and improving the management efficiency.There are some issues on the current information system,as imperfection of the system functions,information island and inefficient statistical analyzing capability,which have limited the development of the centre to a large extent.This thesis is analyzing how to plan a new information system to meet the needs of development in X Training Centre.The key points of information system planning in this thesis are as follows: integrity of core data in business;interflow of cross business,improvement of management by information system,and assisting decision making by data from the information system.In the process of information system planning,firstly it is to diagnose the current issues in X Training Centre and set the goal of making a new information system.Then,the analysis will be made in three aspects as new system planning,implementation and security.In the phase of planning,the focus is to diagnose the problems based on current situation analysis.SST is applied to analyze the development strategy of X training center and determine the goal sets to be developed in the information system.By targeting on all the goal sets,CSF is applied for key factors recognition and measurement indicators determination.In the phase of implementing,BSP law of planning is applied for defining core data,designing main process,dividing sub-system by UC matrix,and planning interface with existing information system.The phase of supporting is integrated into the entire process of information system designing.The analysis involves organization supporting,quality supporting,processing supporting and training supporting.In this thesis,based on the planning and implementing IT system in X training center,a solution was provided to deal with the issues as incompetence of existing information system,information island,inadequate record of data analysis,incomplete data on managing process and lack of statistical evidence for decision making.Moreover,the thesis involves the research on decision making based on data in information system,and existing working process improvement by applying information system.The application of the system has strengthened the comprehensive competitiveness of X training center.It also worked to achieve the goal of comprehensive and effective market management,training practice and administration management.As for X training center,it can be taken as an example for other companies in the industry,which also require integrating a comprehensive IT system into their business.Therefore,the research on IT system of X training center is also valuable for other businesses in this industry.
