In the 21 st century,the business of information and knowledge is directing the development of modern society.Here the expenditure of human resources has exceeded the exhaustion of earthly material,and the competition to obtain the best minds has become a key component of business success.The “Electricity Industry” is tightly connected to the planning of a nation and its citizens.Its technical knowledge congregates around mid-sized corporations,which further the need for the most valuable human resources.As both the market and the industry grow in depth and breadth,the complex business environment demand the electrical grid training center to elevate its focus on strategic planning.How to scientifically and systematically improve the training center's standardization and robustness is currently the top priority of the national department of energy.Strategic planning is the most fundamental activity conducted at the electrical grid training center,and the exercise requires the center to develop its systematic analysis and holistic planning from the highest levels of initialization.In turn this scientific management method will provide the dependable cornerstone to any corporate strategic development.This document sets off from the current reality;it harmonizes the union of theory and practice on top of sound innovations.By incorporating HN management training center's development planning,examining the current conditions and future potentials of the training center,and fulfilling the aspirations of the critical human resources in the process,this document provided the early stage blueprint and risk management for the national grid HN training center.This research will outline human resource management and coordination within the plan's timeframe,improve the current level of applicability and time-value,and enact human resource protection and brainpower support to the training center's developments – all efforts spent to reach the dual-success of both employee and corporate success,which is a key feature of a modern,state-of-the-art training center.
