With the rapid development and rapid change of the world's economy,the users' requirements for personalized customization and flexibility of products is becoming more and more serious.The management mode of enterprises is also influenced by supply chain management.From "vertical integration" management mode to "horizontal integration",procurement management is an important bridge to connect the different enterprises between upstream and downstream enterprises in one supply chain.Along with the development of supply chain management mode,the mode of procurement management is also changing.In the fierce competition in the global market,the competition among different enterprises in the same industry has been gradually transformed into the competition between the supply chain in which the enterprise is located.It is the foundation and core of enterprise operation and management.Especially in the environment of supply chain,reasonable purchasing management can help enterprises to reduce purchasing cost,improve their operating profit and ensure the stability of product quality.To realize the sharing between the internal and the external resources in the supply chain,so as to enhance the competitive advantage of the enterprise in the market.In this paper,R company as the main research object,the status of R company as the research background,with the theory of supply chain management and procurement management as the guidance,the supply chain management model of the characteristics and importance of procurement management is summarized;By using SWOT analysis method,R Company's purchasing management status is analyzed,the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of R company's current purchasing management are clarified,and the importance of R company's purchasing management is determined.The status problems of R company's procurement management are defined,combined with the supply chain management theory,the existing problems are solved,the first is to enhance the management and cooperation between enterprises and suppliers,the new ideas of the selection of suppliers,the evaluation of suppliers and relationship management between R company and suppliers are put forward;Secondly,the internal procurement management process of R Company is optimized,on the basis of the original procurement process;Thirdly is to implement different procurement and supply strategies according to different task;Fourthly,a unified information management model is realized,to reduce the parallel complexity of various information management systems,make the internal flow of procedures more smoothly.
