Abstract/Summary:
With China’s entry into WTO and speeding-up of the global integration process,the globalization of information network,information market and technological revolution are accelerating.At the same time,with the rapid development of China,Overexploitation of original ecological resources has changed China from an original raw material exporting country to a large raw material importing country.As a result,international procurement has become the strategic focus of many domestic enterprises,especially in low-cost countries,which will increase the competitiveness of enterprises in the domestic market.Therefore,this thesis focuses on the analysis of the actual situation of purchasing management in company D and the discussion of various links and factors in order to solve the optimization of purchasing in overseas countries for company D.This thesis uses the thought and idea of business process improvement for reference to improve the traditional purchasing process.Firstly,the current development situation of international procurement and cold chain logistics is briefly described.Secondly,the theory and methods on supply chain management,business process improvement and optimization are briefly explained.Then the supplier selection,evaluation,risk forecast and so on in the current international purchasing business at company D are described.The fourth part discusses how to improve the D company’s supplier development,supplier management and effective information transmission.After this,the implementation of the new process and the relevant guarantee measures are discussed according to the implementation scheme and this enterprise’s own conditions.Finally,by using domestic and foreign experience,combining reality,we propose the improvement plan of purchasing and supply flow constructively.The advantages of the optimized procurement process at company D are clear.Based on the basic theories and analytical methods of purchasing management,supply chain management,logistics management and international trade,this thesis analyzes the deficiency and improvement plan of D company in raw material purchasing process.
