As we know,with the market economy developing at a high speed,The free market's trading competition is getting more intense,enterprises in the current market are also trying to survive in pressure.Every business is facing pressures from two ways,partly from internal growth pressures and partly from external pressures.The main study of this article is how to better build the internal team building.Because the author believes that only a cohesive strong,united into the internal team,enough to deal with high-intensity external pressure.When an enterprise has been chaotic,it is must not enough to deal with the external environmental crisis.The main purpose of this study is to apply the MBTI theory to the field of human resource optimization.The main purpose is understanding the personality of each employee through the MBTI model theory,each employee is aware of the personality difference,Some teams can find the source of misunderstanding.Deepen the understanding of each employee's personality,in order to avoid misunderstanding for the situation of interpersonal conflicts.This rearsch take the CTI company as an example,Based on four directions,like extroversion / introverson,sensing / intuition,thinking / feeling,judging / perceiving to analyse the daily work,the team where is conflict and friction.And then through the results of MBTI careful analysis of the study and the reasons for the intervention through the human resources department to ease the conflict between the team,finally everyone can understand and tolerance,thus strengthen the teamwork and improve team performance.
