Over the years,project management related technologies have been updated,and progress management is the most important branch of project management,which has been studied by many scholars.The construction unit by using a certain project schedule control strategy to the progress of the project was strictly controlled,so that the completion of the project within the stipulated time,the progress of the project management is an important content of project management,the project finally can successfully implement play a decisive role,so in the specific implementation process of the project,according to modern management methods and combined with the content of the contract to the project schedule of strict control,strict implementation plan and in schedule management,in order to ensure the project can be completed through within the prescribed time limit.We must strengthen the importance of project management in project management,improve project management level through the method of related technology innovation,in order to match the development and current status of the project management,the implementation of schedule management in the project is mainly used to deadline limit the completion of a project,in order to maximize savings the time of the project,shorten the project delivery time,improve the work efficiency of construction projects,the emergence of network IT technology makes the progress of the project management in the face of some problems,because the enterprise put forward higher opinion for the project management level,so how to more effectively improve the level of project management,has now become the construction side to pay more attention.Project management implementation process will encounter some uncertainty factors,these factors will influence the delay the completion of this company suffered some loss in the economic interests,and this is a huge loss,also have adverse side effects on society,high efficiency,advanced project management mode can improve the utilization the rate of project resources,optimize the allocation of resources related to the project and can compress and optimize the project completion time,so as to further reduce the project expenditure,improve the overall efficiency of the project.This paper takes the SH company in the power plant two sets of 192 kilowatts generator construction project as the research object,analyze and control the project schedule,this paper first describes the research background,research significance,and the research of the new situation,the study of specific content,followed by analysis and Research on the use of schedule management and schedule control of project management in modern advanced aspects of the theory and the related knowledge of construction projects.Then with SH company in Venezuela cabrerra thermal power station construction project as the background,analysis of the project progress plan and specific plans to develop the analysis before and after the milepost,logic relationship between joint activities of the project activities in each sequence,schedule control of thermal power project made by schedule management tool software,determine the project network planning and the key implementation path,and this project schedule strategy is improved and optimized.The overall project schedule management of construction project finally SH thermal power plant were analyzed and summarized,and the analysis and evaluation of the progress control of the final result,and combining the existing project schedule management experience was summarized,shortcomings of the prospect.
