| In today's society,the level of science and technology is changing with each passing day.In order to achieve continuous and effective development of company H,we must follow the trend of development of the times,improve its technological innovation capabilities,and formulate and implement strategic development plans that suit the company's own situation.The science and technology development strategy is one of the strategic plans for H company to achieve its development goals.It is an overall plan for enterprises to strengthen their technological development strength based on an accurate understanding of their own positioning.This article mainly adopts the literature analysis method,SWOT analysis method and PEST analysis method,and first reviews the relevant content of the company's science and technology development strategy,and then passes the internal environment analysis,PEST analysis and SWOT analysis of H company's science and technology development to the company's science and technology.The status quo of the development is analyzed and studied,and the problems faced by the company H in the development of science and technology are deduced,and the corresponding solution is finally given.Based on the overall development goals and strategic deployment of H company,this article analyzes the strategic goals and priorities of its science and technology development,and proposes overall strategic ideas and measures suitable for the company's scientific and technological development,in order to build the company's core competitiveness and promote the technological advancement and transformation and upgrading of the company.Broadening profitable space to achieve sustainable development provides theoretical basis and reasonable suggestions.This paper has four suggestions for countermeasures:(1)Improve the R&D system construction;(2)Accelerate the development of key technologies;(3)Improve the R&D management level;(4)Develop technical cooperation and exchanges. |
