As China's economic development and transformation,innovative knowledge economy has become the mainstream economic type and rapid development.In 2015,the central committee of the communist party of China issued by the state council "about deepening the reform of system and mechanism,accelerate the innovation development strategy a number of opinions" Suggestions to consummate the achievements incentive policy,innovation culture,with good and attract talent mechanism.Knowledge workers as the main body of technological innovation,the research of knowledge staff salary incentive strategy is becoming more and more important.In this paper,based on the related research results,by adopting the combination of theoretical research and survey research methods.First defines knowledge staff,salary and other related concepts,and according to the features of the knowledge-type employees,combined with maslow's hierarchy of needs and two-factor theory,analysis of "engineering center" the status quo and existing problems of incentive method to knowledge employee compensation,namely the rigid material salary incentive,nonphysical salary incentive extremely weak.Salary incentive strategy of "engineering center" the analysis of existing potential advantages.Next to a domestic engineering center as an example,from the salary reward incentive,awarding remuneration incentives and equity incentives to explore different aspects such as motivation,career development planning for the empirical analysis.Again through the domestic and foreign scientific research institutes and advanced"engineering center" incentive strategy for reference and comparison,get salary incentive strategy enlightenment.Finally come to the conclusion and puts forward countermeasures and Suggestions on the existing problems.The innovation of this article:the current incentive strategy to enterprise staff for the main body,more research on the knowledge staff salary incentive is less,as a national engineering center to explore the combination of science and technology and economic new organization form,will be run in the form of "engineering center" the organization concept combined with the characteristics of knowledge-based employees,enrich the domestic research of salary incentive strategies for different groups,to some extent compensate for the blind spot in the field of research.This paper puts forward countermeasures and Suggestions for related to provide reference value for the establishment of salary incentive strategy,as well as the operation of the "engineering center" development to provide a certain degree of reference,has strong practical value.
