When the knowledge economy time comes, the traditional and mechanical model of passive encouragement to is proven that by practice already,it is more and more difficult to satisfy the dynamical, multiplex and complicated needs of the knowledge employee. In the knowledge-based economy society, the knowledge employee strengthen their self-management and self-independence, this trend makes the incentive reaserch which faces the staff independently self-participation to become necessary objectively. This article inherited and developed the existing incentive theory, specially merged the Self-motivaion theory, Humanity theory and strategic human resource management thinking into my research. The author designs a kind of dynamic Inspiriting Mechanism which works like a living tree,so it was called"the incentive tree".It aims to form a new mechanism which using the movitation reasources to maximize and combine the employee's independent choice mechanism together. Subsequently, the paper also analyzes the basis of whole systerm, the sub-system constitution, the movement mechanism, the matters needing attention as well as the demonstration study.In the chapter one and two of this thesis,it reviews the history of different schools of incentive theory and the achievements they get severalty from the nascence of morden incentive theories .This part also explicitly clear of the content and characteristics of the knowledge enterprise and the knowledge employee.At same time,the thesis analyzes the shortages and flows of the traditional knowledge employee incentive studies and practices,proposes the thinking way of"the incentive tree";In the chapter three, the article emphasizes to analyze the basis and principles of"the incentive tree"model, the design thinking of divers sub-systerm,function and structure,and the mechanism of conformity and operation after the model was set up;in the chapter four,it is mainly studied how to conform"the incentive tree"and the other parts of enterprise management systerm effectively,the way of enterprises how to change to adapt new incentive system as well as the new systerm can bringto the enterprise what kinds of benefit;The fifth chapter choose the QD consulting company to make a detailed demonstration study on"the incentive tree"systerm performance in reality ;At last,the thesis carries on the brief summary of the research, looks forward to the prospect, and points out some parts to improve.
