With the rapid development of our social economy,the ports as the important transport hub,not only to strengthen the economic ties all over the world,and constantly promote regional economic development,and played a significant role in the development of the national economy in China.However,the personnel,goods and environment involved in port terminal operation are more complex,and the safety management of terminal operation has become an urgent problem to be solved.T company is the port enterprise which is the main port enterprise of the cargo handling operation of the event.It is the oldest enterprise in tianjin port group co.,LTD.With annual throughput of over 15 million tons.But the high throughput index is the higher security accident rate,almost every year because of various causes of personal injury accidents.These accidents not only harm the injured people and families,but also negatively affect the social impact and normal operation of enterprises.Therefore,it is urgent to do a good job in the field safety management,only to strengthen the safety management of the site to ensure the safety of production.This article through to the T company in loading and unloading of the production site safety evaluation research,find potential safety hazard of terminal operation,targeted control measures,controllable job site safety,maintenance enterprise security and stability of the stable situation.This paper first introduces the theory of safety management of port terminal operation.Secondly,combining the reality of T company terminal operation,using the method of work and field observation from human behavior and unsafe operation condition two aspects to find hidden security trouble 45 items,and USES the method of quantitative assessment LEC for 45 items to carry out the evaluation of potential safety concerns.Finally,according to the security hidden trouble and practical problems,the paper puts forward some Suggestions on the safety management of T company.
