| With the development of the city, the urban population continues to grow. The traffic congestion problem of large and medium-sized cities has become an ignored one.Subway as an important part of urban public transport, become the main solution to solve the problem of urban traffic and the environment with its characteristics of security, fast, large capacity, low pollution and low energy consumption. The construction and industry of urban rail transit in China has entered a high speed period of development. But,at the same time of rapid development, the accidents of subway have happened frequently. It is urgently needed to establish a scientific and effective security risk control system.Based on the current situation and development planning of Tianjin urban rail transit operation system, this paper studies the operational risk management of Tianjin Metro. On the basis of risk management theory, the present situation and problems of the risk management of subway operation are found through the comparison and analysis of the risk management system at home and abroad.Combined with the characteristics of the metro operation system, the risk identification is carried out from different angles using the fault tree analysis method.By using the risk matrix evaluation method, can assess the risk identified and grade standards to develop a reasonable risk management and control measures. It builds the operating risk management system framework and main work flow of Tianjin Metro.According to the Tianjin metro network operation management work, the key risks are analyzed from the contradiction between transportation capacity and traffic, personnel technical level, equipment aging and compatibility, outsourcing maintenance management, with making effective risk management strategies.Through the research on the risk management of Tianjin metro, this paper puts forward the basic method, process and control strategy of the risk management of subway operation. It has a certain reference value for the scientific development of the subway operation risk management and the overall improvement of the subway industry operating system risk management level. |
