Experienced a sustained high-speed development of the national economy,China's hotel industry has also achieved great development,especially high-star hotels,whether it is foreign-funded hotels or domestic-funded hotels,have shown a positive expansion in our country.However,there are often hidden dangers and hidden dangers behind the prosperity.For a long time,China's high-star hotels have become more dependent on government affairs reception,which has led to a disconnect between supply and demand in the hotel industry market.Since the "eight provisions" of the Central Government since the Eighteenth National Congress,the government reception market has shrunk,which has made the operation of some high-star hotels difficult.The high-star hotel in Nanning is also in a similar situation.The austerity of the government reception market is against the local high-star hotel.The camp had a greater impact.In addition,due to the limited level of development of high-star hotels in Nanning,there is a certain gap between overall scale,facilities and equipment,management concepts,and service levels compared with other developed cities in China,resulting in low profitability and resistance to risks.insufficient.Under this operating environment,there are many gaps that need to be surpassed to achieve hotel transformation.Therefore,this article attempts to base on the application of advanced management tools such as hotel revenue management,to clarify the relationship between hotel revenue management and operation management,and to use the analytic hierarchy process to establish an evaluation model for the operation and management capability of high-star hotels in Nanning,which is a high-star for Nanning.The hotel raised the level of operation and management and put forward a series of solutions.It also provided a new reference for the transformation and development of high-star hotels in Nanning.This article adopts comparative analysis method,literature research method,questionnaire survey and interview combination method as well as qualitative and quantitative analysis combined method and other methods,follow the "propose problem-find problems-analyze problems-solve problems" research ideas.The first step is to ask questions: How to evaluate and improve the operation and management level of high-star hotels in Nanning in the perspective of revenue management.The second step is to find problems: including theoretical analysis and practical analysis.The theoretical analysis includes the definition of basic concepts,the introduction of relevant supporting theories,the literature review at home and abroad,and the selection of evaluation indicators.The actual analysis also includes three parts.It is an analysis of the status quo of the operation and management ofhigh-star hotels in Nanning,and the second is based on this,through research and interviews,AHP methods,etc.,to extract the observation indicators that need to be adopted in this paper,and to establish a model for the operation and management of high star-rated hotels in Nanning.Determine the weight of each indicator.Third,through the comparison of the status quo and the above-mentioned model,it is found that there are problems and problems in the operation and management of high-star hotel in Nanning.The third step is to analyze the problems,that is,to analyze the deep-seated reasons for the operation and management problems of high star hotels in Nanning.The fourth step is to solve problems and analyze the causes of the problems,and propose corresponding measures for the use of revenue management tools and high operational management capabilities for high-star hotels in Nanning.Finally,this paper draws the following conclusions: Using the hotel operation management model established in this paper and the influencing factor model of high-star hotel operation and management in Nanning,this paper analyzes the problems in the operation and management of high-star hotel in Nanning,and concludes that the high-star hotel in Nanning In the day-to-day operations of organization and management,market segmentation,demand forecasting,pricing strategy,overbooking,talent team building,service quality and customer management,there is ample room for improvement.Some work even in the day-to-day operation of the hotel is flawed.And this article gives a series of solutions.
