| Cybersecurity behavior refers to people dealing with unauthorized access,applications and data connections in social media sites,as well as a series of operations related to network security,such as using passwords,receiving letters,setting privacy and so on.Nowadays,with the development of social media and the sharing of information,the problem of network security becomes more and more complicated.How to improve the ability of organization staff to pay attention to cybersecurity behavior is a matter of concern.Organizational climate is a unique style in an enterprise organization,which describes the relatively long-term stability of the organization's internal environment,represents a set of work environment attributes that can be measured,and acts as a bridge between the organization and its employees' behavior.Information security awareness refers to the awareness that employees will protect information such as data in the information management system of the organization from illegal user landing or human intrusion and destruction.The purpose of this study is to investigate the cybersecurity behavior of employees in enterprises,to study the relationship between organizational climate,information security awareness and cybersecurity behavior,and how to improve the attention of employees to cybersecurity behavior.And then it puts forward some reasonable suggestions for improving and promoting the use and development of enterprise social media.The scale used in the study is the Cybersecurity behavior scale,the Organizational limate scale and the Personal information security questionnaire.The Cybersecurity behavior scale includes eight dimensions:network security practical experience,perceived vulnerability,perceived severity,perceived benefit,perceived barrier,response efficacy,behavioral cues and security self-efficacy.The Organizational climate scale includes three dimensions:interpersonal relationship,management style and organizational hierarchy.And the Information security consciousness is single dimension scale.Questionnaires were used to survey 500 people in the Internet,Finance,Electronic communications and Other types of industries.In the empirical study,Spss21.0 and Amos24.0 were used to test the reliability and validity of each scale.On the premise of good reliability and validity,the difference test,correlation analysis,regression analysis and intermediary effect analysis were carried out,and the relationship between the three variables was obtained.The results show that:(1)There are significant differences in gender,organizational network security system and industry category in employee cybersecurity behavior.(2)Organizational climate and information security awareness have positive predictive effect on cybersecurity behavior,and organizational climate has positive prediction role on information security awareness.(3)Information security awareness plays an intermediary role between organizational climate and cybersecurity behavior.It is concluded that:In generally,The employee cybersecurity behavior are at a medium-high level.The level of perception disorder and interpersonal relationship is higher in women than in men.The network security behavior of organizations with relevant systems is higher than that of organizations without related systems;In the Internet industry,the network security behavior of the participants is the highest;The older the age,the higher the level of information security awareness and cybersecurity behavior.In addition,the three research variables have correlation and predictive role,and information security awareness mediates the relationship between organizational climate and cybersecurity behavior. |
