It was told in The12thFive National science and technology developmentplanning we should strengthen our ability of science and technology, and pay bigattention to the development of high-technology industry. Our country has gainedremarkable achievement on the high-technology industry in the period of the11thFive,but there are still some prominent problems, for example, the organizationalinnovation of the company is still totally week, companies can’t manage enough coretechnologies[1]. At present, the high-technology industry of the country is facing theserious challenge from the intensive period of national innovation[2], all companiescould survive in the fierce competition only depending on the continued innovation. Acompany which does well on innovation should be excellent in two sides, first, itshould have sufficient fund for research; second, it has a group of staffs who possessspirit of innovation. In present economic and political environment, the innovation isnot only important to enterprises; also, it is essential for enhancing nationalcompetitiveness and integral strength.In the above analysis about the reasons of affecting innovation, we find that itisn’t difficult to be solved if the problem is just for capital, but it would be deadly ifthe problem is that staffs lack the spirit of innovation, especially for high-technologyenterprises. So all these companies should pay more attention to the problem on howto arouse innovative behavior of staffs, and reach the target of enhancing the corecompetitiveness of the company. Actually, the innovative behavior of staffs is not onlydecided by features of themselves, still, it is affected by the organizationalenvironment which could be called organizational innovation climate. As the researchon innovative behavior get more and more profound and we get more understandingabout the organizational innovation mechanism, the word of organizational innovationclimate is gradually put on the agenda and paid enough attention. A lot of presentresearches suggest that organizational innovation climate could significantly predict innovative behavior of staffs[3]. The only shortage is that most of the research justpoint out the factors, few of them analyze the inner mechanism of how these factorswork[4]. There are some other researches indicate that knowledge sharing could affectthe innovative behavior of staffs; in addition, good organizational innovation climatecould also promote knowledge communications between staffs. So when analyzingthe relation between the organizational innovation climate and innovative behavior ofstaffs, the article uses knowledge sharing as the intervening variable of them.The first problem to be solved in this text is deeply analyzing the theories oforganizational innovation climate and searching the factor structure of it, which is alsoone of the innovation points of the text; second, the text would come up withhypothetical model of intervening variable on the basis of other literatures; finally, touse the structural equation to analyze and test the fitting effect of model, and verifythe intervening effect of knowledge sharing with analysis of regression.The autherhope that this study can help the enterprises to improve the ability of innovation.
